Delivery

Delivery is by Royal Mail First Class or Express Courier. A signature may be required.

Standard U.K. delivery (please allow 3 -4 days)


Dispatches

We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day. However, we are reliant on our suppliers, and if for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order within 48 hours we will contact you via e-mail. If you need to make an enquiry about an order, please email us using the contact form including your order reference number and your enquiry.


Security

We believe that your online shopping experience with Derma-Esthetique should be completely safe & secure. We are fully confident that no unauthorised person or company can access credit card information entered on our site.

We keep no record of your credit card number, so each time you make a purchase you will be required to re-enter this information. Your previous products ordered will be stored in our database for our exclusive use in bringing your greater customer satisfication.

We firmly believe this is the most secure method of handling credit card transactions online.


Privacy

We at Derma-Esthetique are committed to protecting your privacy and as such do not pass information concerning you to other businesses. However, Derma-Esthetique reserve the right to use information collected about you to process orders and to supply goods and services to you in the future. Derma-Esthetique does not sell, swap or rent your personal information to any other business.


Returns

If you are unhappy at any time with the products you have received or you are not entirely satisfied with the products then we would gladly accept return of the goods and will provide you with a full refund of the same products.


Ensuring you are able to answer YES to these questions?

  • Are the items in your possession?
  • Ordered directly from Derma-Esthetique website?
  • Are all of the products in their original undamaged packaging?
  • Are all of the products unopened, unused and the seals fully intact?
  • Did you order the items less that 28 days ago?
  • Have you had an adverse reaction to the products?

Packing the items for Returning

Re-pack all of the items you want to return in the original box, packed to ensure that the items are protected whilst in transit. Return to Derma-Esthetique Returns, xxxxxx Address to come xxxxxx with a copy of your original invoice sent by ourselves.

Upon receipt of the items, Derma-Esthetique will email you stating your items have been received. We will then process the parcel and confirm that each of the items are in the same condition they were when dispatched.

All of the products are in their original undamaged packaging.

All of the products are unopened, unused and the seals fully intact.

Please note that any items that do not comply with the above rules will be ineligible for a refund.


Refund of Payment

Once all of the items are confirmed as being in their original condition then we will gladly process your refund. Please note that we will only be able to refund the cost of items returned. We will not be able to refund any postage costs incurred in returning the items.


Debit/Credit Card Payments

If you paid for the items by credit or debit card the refund will be applied to this card ONLY for the amount of the products returned. Refunds cannot be processed to any alternate cards.


Cheque/Postal Order Payments

If you have paid for the items by cheque or postal order then a cheque made payable to the account holder will be sent to your billing address for the amount of the products returned.

Refunds cannot be processed to credit or debit cards for items paid for by cheque or postal order. Refunds cannot be made payable to anyone other than the account holder.

Please note that cash will never be used as a refund method under any circumstances.


Replacement of Products

If a replacement for an unwanted or damaged product has been requested, the replacement will be sent after we have received the return of the original product. We are unable to send out the replacement until we have received the original items.
